Quality Inspection System

Hwajin achieves its quality goals by operating and maintaining a quality management system (ISO 9001). We conduct product inspections with skilled human resources with many years of know-how and the latest facilities, and always maintain an optimized quality inspection system through continuous improvements.

UN Design Test and Validation

  • Drop test
    Normal temperature & low temperature

    A drop test is conducted from a Prescribed height at normal temperature and low temperature (-18℃) to inspect product damage and leakage.

  • Leakproofness test

    The test checks for air leaks by applying a prescribed air pressure over a period of time.

  • Hydrostatic test

    After filling the product with water, the prescribed water pressure is applied for a period of time to test the product for damage and leaks.

  • Stacking test
    Overlapping & multi-level stacking
    Overlapping stacking
    After the product is filled with water, it is loaded and stored at 40℃ for 28 days.
    Multi-level stacking
    After the product is filled with water, it is stacked in multiple levels at Normal temperature for 24 hours.
  • Leak test

    The product is filled with water and left for 24 hours with the inlet side down to check for leaks.

  • Assimilation test

    The product is filled with standard liquids, stored at a Prescribed temperature and duration, and inspected for quality deterioration.

Liquid Particle Count Test

The product is filled with ultrapure water, shaken, and stabilized. A liquid particle counter is then
used to measure the number of liquid particles in the product.
